一种鲁棒的室内定位优化算法

摘要 针对无线传感器网络(WSNs)中,未知的发射功率大小会影响无线传感节点定位精度的问题,提出了一种基于接收信号强度指示(RSSI)值的鲁棒的室内定位优化算法。根据网络中锚节点的发射功率未知的情况,将发射功率表示成一个未知参数参与目标节点的定位;采用数学转换和线性逼近的方法,将复杂的非线性非凸的定位问题转换为线性优化问题;利用最小二乘法(LSM)估算出目标节点的坐标。分别在计算仿真平台和实际的室内环境对提出算法进行验证。实验结果表明:在发射功率未知的情况下,提出算法的定位性能明显优于传统的定位算法。 Aiming at problem that unknown transmitted power will affect on localization precision of wireless sensing node in wireless sensor networks( WSNs). A robust indoor localization optimized algorithm based on received signal strength indication( RSSI) is proposed. According to the situation that transmitting power of anchor node in networks is unknown,transmitting power is expressed as an unknown parameter to participate in localization of target node. A complicated nonlinear non-convex localization problem is transformed into linear optimization problem using mathematical transformation and linear approximation method. Coordinate of target node is estimated by least squares method( LSM). The proposed algorithm is verified on computer simulation platform and real indoor environment and experimental results show that localization performance of the proposed is prior to traditional localization algorithm.
