基于系统工程的目标成本设计与管理

摘要 为了使产品成本、进度和性能达到最佳平衡,以美国B-2轰炸机为例,详细介绍了B-2轰炸机运用系统工程理念进行目标成本设计和管理的方法、工作流程,以及为降低成本采取的有效措施。运用系统工程的思想进行目标成本设计和管理,可以保证产品在满足技术和质量要求的同时拥有较低的成本。 In order to achieve the optimal trade-off between product cost, schedule and performance, an example of B-2 was given to illustrate the method of target cost design and management by applying system engineering, and it's relevant workflow, and effective measures to lower cost. Doing the activities of target cost design and management by adopting the ideology of system engineering, could be obtained lower cost relatively under the condition of ensuring the requirements of technology and quality.
