摘要
为解决国内通用飞机研制及适航取证周期过长、无法快速满足市场需求的矛盾,根据适航法规提出了国内企业通过转让获得国外通用飞机型号合格证(TC)权益后,在中国直接申请生产许可证(PC)的解决方案。本文结合5年的实践过程,分析了从生产许可证(PC)申请前准备、受理后适航审查过程、特许飞行证检查及PC颁发前等各阶段关键技术要点,提出了行之有效的解决方案,对其他同类企业有一定的借鉴作用。
In order to solve the contradiction that civil general aircraft manufacture can＇ t meet market requirement because of the long airworthiness certificate period. An effective solution according to airworthiness regulations, which was civil aircraft manufacturer apply Product of Certificate （PC） directly after obtaining the license for use of Type of Certificate （TC） for foreign designed products was provided. The paper analyzed the key technical points of PC application preparation, airworthiness examination after acceptance, flight license inspection and PC issuance in the past 5 years, provided an effective solution for other general aircraft manufacturers.
