液态排渣气化炉锁斗程序优化运行探讨

Discussion on the Operation Optimization of Lock Hopper Program for Gasifier with Liquid Ash Removal

针对液态排渣气化炉锁斗系统存在的程序暂停、管线震动、锁斗超压、液位开关失灵等问题,分析了原因,采取了延长阀门的动作时间、调整程序、增加联锁等措施,结果表明,在程序优化后的一年里,其效果显著,为液态排渣气化装置的长周期、稳定运行奠定了良好的基础,为锁斗程序的优化提供了新思路。

This paper analyzes the reason for the program halt, pipeline vibration, overpressure of lock hoper, failure of level switch of the lock hoper system of the gasifier with liquid ash removal. Such measures as prolonging the action time of valve, regulating program and adding inter lock weretaken, which turned out to be effective in one year after the program optimization and laid a solid foundation for the long term stable operation of slag tapping gasification unit and provided new＂ ideas for the optimization of lock hoper program.
