摘要 我国高铁产业是引进消化吸收再创新的成功典型,也是少数能够在技术起点较低的情况下实现技术反超的产业。因此,认真总结我国高铁产业技术创新的模式,将对其他产业探索和完善自主技术创新的模式产生积极影响。高铁产业技术创新的共性经验可以归结为坚定的自主创新战略选择、立体式消化吸收创新体系和对于技术创新无止境的追求。但是,高铁技术创新的成功高度依赖于其独特优势,主要体现为高铁核心技术引进难度低,社会主义大国优势为高铁产业发展和技术创新提供了独特优势。在这种情况下,高铁技术创新模式的推广便一定要避免"照单全收"式的模式推广,同时注意"举国创新"的模式不宜盲目推广,而是要积极推广高铁技术创新的主要共性规律。 China's high speed rail industry is a successful example of re - innovation on the basis of digestion and absorption of imported technology, and it is also among the few industries that can achieve technological anti - - overtaking in the case of low technical starting point. Therefore, it will make a positive impact on the exploration and improvement of the independent techno- logical innovation in other industries, with a careful summary of the model of the technological innovation of the high speed rail industry in China. The common experience of the technology innovation of the high speed rail industry can be attributed to the firm choice of independent innovation strategy, stereoscopic innovation system of digestion and absorption and the endless pursuit of technological innovation. However, the success of high speed rail technology innovation is highly dependent on its unique ad- vantages, which is mainly reflected in the low difficulty of introducing the core technology of the high speed rail, and the advan- tages of socialist power provide unique advantages for high - speed rail industry development and technological innovation. In this case, the extension of the innovation model of the high speed rail technology must avoid the pattern extension of "single and full collection". At the same time, we should not popularize blindly the model "innovation on the basis of centralized national re- sources", but spread the main common rules of the technology innovation of high speed rail.
