摘要
改革开放进程的深入推进和网络信息技术的跨越性发展,促使我国社会阶层分化现象凸显。经济生产生活条件的差异,影响和改变着马克思主义信仰教育的受众,使其逐渐由过去相对同质的大众,分化为诸多不同类型特征的分众,他们在思想认识水平和教育诉求上存在明显差异。面对受众多质化现象,马克思主义信仰教育必须量势革新教育理念,量身定制教育内容,量材选取教育方法,同时对口充盈教育师资,积极推动教育分众化。
With the deepening of reform and opening up and the leapfrogging development of network information technology, the phenomenon of social stratum differentiation is prominent. The difference in economic production and living conditions has in- fluenced and changed the audience of Marxist belief education, and gradually divided them from the relatively homogeneous mas- ses of the past into a large number of different types. They have obvious differences in the level of ideological understanding and educational demands. In the face of this situation, the Marxist belief education must innovate the educational idea, customize the content of education, choose the suitable educational method, and enrich the educational teachers as well, so as to actively pro- mote the division of education .
