微小RNA与支气管肺发育不良相关研究进展 被引量:1

Recent advances on microRNA and bronchopulmonary dysplasia

摘要 支气管肺发育不良(bronchopulmonary dysplasia,BPD)是早产儿长期应用辅助机械通气和吸入高浓度氧后发生的一种慢性肺疾病。研究发现miRNA与新生儿BPD有密切联系。miRNA是由21~25nt组成的微小RNA,由于miRNA具有敏感性、特异性、保守性、可预测性、可译性和无创性等特点,受到众多研究者的青睐。现就miRNA的生成过程、生理功能、miRNA与BPD的关系现状作一综述。 Bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD) is a chronic lung disease of premature neonates characterized by arrested pulmonary alveolar development. There is increasing evidence that microRNAs (miRNA) regulate translation of messenger RNAs during lung organogenesis. The potential role of miRNAs in the pathogenesis of BPD is unclear. The miRNA generation, physiological function, the relationship between miRNA and BPD were reviewed in this article.
