摘要 目的对黑龙江省3个哨点医院2010—2015年细菌性痢疾检测结果进行分析,了解该地区细菌性痢疾的主要分布特征、志贺菌血清型别和耐药情况,为该类传染性疾病的诊治及防控提供实验室参考依据。方法按《全国细菌性痢疾监测方案》进行实验室病原学检测。采集个案调查表,总结细菌性痢疾流行病学特点,检测病原菌血清型别和耐药情况。结果 6年间共分离出志贺菌32株,其中福氏志贺菌21株,宋内志贺菌11株。对环丙沙星、庆大霉素等药物敏感,对四环素、复方新诺明等耐药。结论黑龙江省3个哨点医院所在地(哈尔滨市道里区、佳木斯市)细菌性痢疾发病高峰为每年6—9月份,人群普遍易感;病原菌主要型别为福氏志贺菌和宋内志贺菌;病原菌有一定的耐药性。 ObjectiveTo analyze the test results of bacillary dysentery in 3 sentinel hospitals in Heilongjiang Province from 2010 to 2015, understand the main distribution characteristics of bacillary dysentery in Heilongjiang Province, the serotype and drug resistance of Shigella, and provide laboratory reference for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of this kind of infectious diseases. MethodsThe pathogen detection was performed in the laboratory according to the National Bacterial Dysentery Monitoring Program. The case questionnaires were collected to summarize the epidemiological characteristics of bacterial dysentery, the serotype and drug resistance of pathogens. ResultsA total of 32 strains of Shigella were isolated within 6 years (during 2010-2015), including 21 strains of Shigella flexneri and 11 strains of Shigella sonnei. Pathogens were sensitive to ciprofloxacin and gentamicin and were resistant to tetracycline and compound sulfamethoxazole. ConclusionsThe bacterial dysentery is prevalent at locations (Daoli District of Harbin City, and Jiamusi City) of 3 sentinel hospitals of Heilongjiang Province from June to September, with general susceptibility of the population. The main serotypes of pathogens are Shigella and ; and pathogens have certain drug resistance.
