摘要
甲醇洗涤塔是低温甲醇洗的核心设备,其操作的稳定性对整个工艺流程极为重要。某煤化工改造项目甲醇洗涤塔在开车过程中遇到甲醇洗塔重力流管线流动阻力过大导致集液箱液位过高的现象。本文针对该问题进行分析,建立甲醇洗涤塔重力流管线计算模型,并根据现有管路系统及换热器设备信息进行计算。该模型对于煤化工项目甲醇洗涤塔重力流管路系统的设计、脱瓶颈改造等都具有参考意义。
The methanol scrubbing column is the core equipment of Rectisol,and the stability of its operation is extremely important for the entire process flow. The methanol scrubbing column of a coal chemical revamping project encountered the phenomenon that the flow resistance of the gravity flow piping of methanol scrubbing column is too high,resulting in the liquid level of the liquid collecting tank being too high. This paper analyzes the problem and establishes the calculation model for the gravity flow piping of methanol scrubbing column,and according to the existing piping system and equipment information of heat exchanger to carry out the calculation. The model has the reference significance for the design and de-bottleneck modification of the gravity flow piping system of methanol scrubbing column of coal chemical project.
