摘要
对于安全阀的外部火灾泄放工况,由于宽沸点混合组份液体的气化潜热及泄放温度是不断变化的,为得到最大的泄放量,需要建立与时间相关的模型。本文利用工艺流程模拟软件HYSYS及Excel数据表,通过逐级闪蒸的方法,构建泄放量、气化潜热、泄放温度和泄放密度等随时间变化的模型。以某汽油加氢精制项目的热分罐顶安全阀为例,借助所构建的模型,进行分析计算,并得到最大泄放量及其它泄放参数。
Under the condition of the safety valve relief during external fire,since the latent heat of vaporization and the relief temperature of the liquid with the wide boiling range of mixed components are constantly changing,in order to obtain the maximum relief amount,a time-dependent model needs to be established. In this paper,the process simulation software HYSYS and Excel data table are used to construct a time-varying model with the relief amount,latent heat of vaporization,relief temperature and relief density by multi-stage flash method. Taking the safety valve at the top of a hot separation tank of a gasoline hydrogenation refining project as an example,with the built model,the analysis and calculation are carried out,and the maximum relief load and other relief parameters are obtained.
