摘要
在石化工业的设计体系中,仪表电缆的设计往往是整个设计项目最后一批成品。自控专业需要等待管道平面布置图和仪表点位报告发表后,才能开展仪表位置图、电缆表和端子连接表等后续工作。然而项目后期节点的时间大多都很紧张,这就使得自控专业的电缆设计时间较短。利用PDS提供的仪表点位报告和Excel中集成的VBA开发工具,开发一种简便的电缆表制作方法,能够大幅提高图纸准确率和减少设计人工时的消耗。
In the design system of petrochemical industry, the design of instrument cables is often the last batch of finished products for the entire engineering design project. The automatic control discipline needs to wait for the issuance of piping layout and instrument location report before proceeding with the instrument layout drawing,cable list and terminal connection list. However,most of the time at the end of the project is very tight, which makes the cable design time of automatic control discipline shorter. Using the instrument location report provided by PDS and VBA development tool integrated in Excel,a kind of simple cable list preparation method can be developed,which can greatly improve theaccuracy of drawings and reduce the consumption of design labor.
