程控均衡系统在井下多点参数直读监测仪通信中的应用

摘要 为模拟油气井气举排液工艺过程,开展对油气井全生命周期的测试和工艺试验。介绍井下多点参数直读监测仪通信中的程控均衡系统,系统在通信中需解决井下监测仪器非等距分布、信号大小相差大的问题,一般的信号恢复电路或模拟均衡处理很难胜任信号恢复工作;单芯电缆上的数据需满足高精度、高速传输的要求,由于传输速率快且等效电缆长度不同,波形失真程度也不同,各短节通信参数需要分别调节以适应正常通信需要。程控均衡系统可调节相应的参数,自动适应不同长度和类型的电缆,具有较强的抗干扰和信号识别能力,即使电缆间距不同也能调整至最佳状态。实验测试结果表明,程控均衡系统的可靠性和稳定性较高,通信误码率低于1×10^(-10),为现场气井排水采气方案的制定提供实验依据。 In order to simulate the gas lift and discharge process of oil and gas wells, the whole life cycle test of oil and gas wells have been carried out. This paper introduces the program-controlled equalization system for downhole multi-point direct reading monitor communication. This system needs to solve the problem of non-equidistant distribution of downhole monitoring instruments in communication, because the signal will vary greatly, so the general signal recovery circuit or analog equalization is difficult for signal recovery. In addition, the data on a single-core cable must meet the requirements for high-precision, high-speed transmission. Because the transmission rate is fast and the equivalent cable length is different, the degree of waveform distortion is also different, so the communication parameter of each short section needs to be adjusted to meet the normal communication needs. Program-controlled equalization system can adjust the corresponding parameters, automatically adapt to different lengths and types of cables, has strong anti-jamming and signal recognition capabilities, it can be adjusted to the best state even if the cable spacing is different. The experimental test shows that the reliability and stability of the program-controlled equalization system are very high, and the communication error rate is lower than 1×10^(-10) , which provides experimental basis for the development of the gas recovery plan on-site gas wells.
