摘要
针对通风除尘管网中阻力平衡计算问题,采用调整支管管径、增设插板阀及改变阀门开度、设置可调孔板式阻力平衡器进行阻力调节等措施对阻力平衡系统进行改进,并在VB平台上依据改进后的方案进行软件开发,实现管网的计算和绘图一体化。结果表明:可调孔板式阻力平衡器的使用有效地避免了管网阻力发生变化时阻力平衡器的整体更换,从而降低了成本;所设计软件有效地解决了管网在计算上的步骤冗长、计算繁杂、数据记载易混乱等问题;采用VB、Excel和CAD之间的相互通讯绘制管网系统图更为精准快捷。
For the calculation of the resistance balance in the ventilation and dust removal pipe network, by adjustment of the diameter of the branch pipe, addition of a plug valve and the change of the valve opening, and setting an adjustable orifice type resistance balancer, the resistance balancer system was improved. Software of the corresponding improved system was developed with the VB platform performs, and the calculation and drawing of the pipe network were integrated. The results show that: After using the adjustable orifice plate resistance balancer, the problem of replacing the whole resistance balancer is solved when resistance in pipe is changed, and the cost of the system is lowed; The developed software effectively solves the problems of lengthy calculation procedures, complicated calculation, and confusing data records in the pipe network calculation; The drawing of the pipe network system diagram using VB, Excel and CAD mutual communication is more accurate and faster.
