颈动脉超声诊断缺血性脑血管病的价值及临床意义研究

The Value and Clinical Significance of Carotid Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

目的:评价颈动脉超声诊断缺血性脑血管病的价值及临床意义。方法:选择48例缺血性脑血管病患者设为研究组,另外选择48名健康体检者设为对照组,均接受颈动脉超声检查,比较诊断结果。结果:(1)研究组IMT为(1.1±0.17)mm,对照组为(0.7±0.15)mm,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。(2)研究组19例单纯IMT,30例Ⅰ类斑块,28例Ⅱ类斑块,对照组6例单纯IMT,4例Ⅰ类斑块,5例Ⅱ类斑块。(3)研究组16例轻度狭窄,5例中度狭窄,3例重度狭窄,对照组2例轻度狭窄,1例中度狭窄。结论:颈动脉超声诊断缺血性脑血管病,可辅助分析动脉粥样硬化病变程度及斑块类型,检出率高,值得推广应用。

Objective： To evaluate the value and clinical significance of carotid artery ultrasound in the diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods： 48 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were selected as the study group, and 48 healthy persons were selected as the control group. All the patients received carotid ultrasound examination and compared the diagnosis results. Results： ①The study group IMT was （1.1±0.17）mm, and the control group was （0.7±0.15）mm, the difference between the groups was obvious （P〈0.05）. ②The study group had 19 cases of simple IMT, 30 cases of type I plaques, 28 cases of type II plaques, 6 cases in the control group, 4 cases of type I plaques and 5 type II plaques. ③There were 16 cases of mild stenosis, 5 cases of moderate stenosis and 3 cases of severe stenosis, and 2 cases of mild stenosis and 1 case of moderate stenosis in control group. Conclusion： Carotid ultrasound diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease can be used to analyze the degree of atherosclerotic lesion and plaque type, and the detection rate is high, which is worth popularizing.
