X线在儿童肘部关节损伤诊断中的应用效果观察

The Application of X-ray in the Diagnosis of Elbow Joint Injury in Children

目的:观察X线在儿童肘部关节损伤诊断中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年9月至2017年8月我院收治的68例肘部关节损伤患儿作为研究对象,所有患儿均予以X线和CT诊断,其中单独予以X线诊断者为A组,单独予以CT诊断者为B组,X线与CT诊断者为C组,比较3组检查结果的差异。结果:A组与B组诊断符合率均明显低于C组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),A组与B组比较,组间差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论:X线对儿童肘部关节损伤具有重要的诊断价值,为进一步提高诊断准确率,减少漏诊和误诊,可选择与CT联合诊断的方式予以诊断。

Objective： To observe the effect of X-ray in the diagnosis of elbow joint injury in children. Methods： From September 2016 to August 2017, admitted to our hospital were selected as study subjects. Conclusion： X-ray has important diagnostic value on the elbowjoint injury in children. In order to further improve the diagnostic accuracy and reduce the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis, X-ray can be diagnosed by combined diagnosis of CT.
