摘要
目的:对比常规二维超声和弹性成像超声检查对甲状腺乳头状癌患者中的诊断结果。方法:选取我院2017年1月至2017年12月收治的89例疑似为甲状腺乳头状癌患者作为研究对象,所有患者均分别予以常规二维超声、弹性成像超声检查,比较不同检查方法的准确率、敏感性和特异性。结果:以病理诊断结果为金标准,应用常规二维超声诊断准确率为75.76%,低于弹性成像超声检查诊断准确率93.94%,常规二维超声诊断的敏感性、特异性分别为54.55%、87.5%,应用弹性成像超声检查诊断的敏感性、特异性分别为90.91%、98.21%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :甲状腺乳头状癌患者应用弹性成像超声检查的准确率、敏感性、特异性均高于常规二维超声,具有广泛应用价值。
Objective: To compare the diagnostic results of conventional two-dimensional ultrasound and elastography in patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma. Methods: 89 cases of suspected thyroid papillary carcinoma in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the subjects. All patients were examined by conventional two-dimensional ultrasound and elastography, and the accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of different methods were compared. Results: The diagnostic accuracy of conventional two-dimensional ultrasound was 75.76%, lower than that of elastic imaging (93.94%). The sensitivity and specificity of conventional two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis were 54.55% and 87.5%, respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis were 90.91% and 98.21%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of elastography in patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma are higher than those of conventional two-dimensional ultrasound.
