基于Ansoft Maxwell仿真分析的永磁应用磁路优化设计例析 被引量:8

摘要 基于Maxwell三维数值有限元分析软件建立了永磁应用系统的仿真模型,对比不同永磁体的复合排列方式,分析了磁路系统的静态磁场分布和磁感应强度,以便对器件进行设计优化。利用仿真计算结果指导永磁应用的磁路系统设计,制作了实物样品,满足设计要求,验证了优化结果。 Based on three-dimention numerical finite element analysis software Ansoft Maxwell, the simulation model of permanent magnet application system was established. Comparing the permutations of different permanent magnets, the static magnetic field distribution and magnetic induction intensity of the magnetic circuit system were analyzed in order to optimize the design of the magnetic application product. According to the simulation and computation results, the design of the magnetic circuit system in the permanent magnet application can be well instructed. To meet the design requirements, the physical samples are prepared and the optimization results are verified.
