摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体光谱法测定氧化钆中氧化钇的含量,对测试结果进行了不确定度评定。分析了影响测量结果的各个不确定度分量,并对其进行计算与合成。最终得到氧化钆中氧化钇的含量为0.0278%,相对扩展不确定度为(U_(rel)=2.7%,k=2)。计算结果表明,标准曲线线性拟合引入的不确定度分量为主要影响量(u_(rel)(c_2)=1.104%)。
The relative content of yttrium oxide content in gadolinium oxide was measured with ICP-OES, and its determination uncertainty evaluated. The various factors affecting the uncertainty of the measurement were analyzed, the components of uncertainty and its synthesis were calculated. The result of yttrium oxide content in gadolinium oxide was 0.0278 %, and the relative expansion uncertainty was Urel=2.7 % (k=2). The results show that the calibration curve fitting was the main factor affecting the uncertainty (urel(C2)= 1.104 %).
