摘要
目的:分析参加全国个人剂量监测能力考核中出现的问题及原因,查找解决办法,进一步提升我中心个人剂量监测能力.方法:回顾我中心参加2017年度全国个人剂量监测能力考核全过程,对逐个环节中可能存在的不利因素进行分析,查找出误差原因.结论:个人剂量监测能力考核结果与对剂量元件筛选、不同照射条件下刻度因子的选择、读出器的稳定性、退火炉的热平衡、技术人员的操作规范、计算严密程度等诸多因素有关,同时也是日常工作中需要关注的因素.
Objective To analyze the problems and causes of participating in the national individual dose monitoring ability assessment, find solutions, and to further improve our center's individual dose monitoring capabilities. Method: Reviewing the whole process of the 2017 national individual dose monitoring ability assessment that our center participated in, and analyzing the possible unfavorable factors in each link, and fnding the cause of the error. Conclusion: The individual dose monitoring ability assessment results are related to the screening of dose components, the selection of scale factors under different irradiation conditions, the stability of the reader, the thermal balance of the annealing furnace, the technical personnel's operation specifcation, and the calculation degree of rigor. It is also a factor that needs attention in daily work.
