摘要 本文研究了蒙脱土/还原氧化石墨烯负载纳米铜(MMT-rGO-CuNPs)复合抗菌材料的制备及其抗菌性能。通过X射线衍射图谱的检测,确定MMT-rGO-CuNPs复合物已经成功。为了研究复合物的抗菌活性,通过观察大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的表面形貌变化和细菌体外离子浓度变化,证明MMT-rGO-CuNPs复合物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌性能要强于对大肠杆菌。 The preparation and antibacterial properties of graphene oxide / montmorillonite supported nano-copper ( MMT- rGO-CuNPs) composite were investigated. The MMT-rGO-CuNPs complex was confirmed to be successful by X-ray diffraction pattern. In order to study the antibacterial activity of the complex, the surface morphology of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus and the change of ion concentration of bacteria in vitro were observed. It was proved that the antibacterial activity of MMT-rGO-CuNPs complex against Staphylococcus aureus was stronger than that against Escherichia coli.
