皂角提取液腐败变质的防治研究

摘要 首先将院属自制的防腐剂配制出五组皂角提取液防腐体系,筛选出无防腐剂析出、无浑浊、无絮凝的稳定体系之后,应用挑战实验法优选出具有优良的抑制细菌、真菌生长效果的防腐剂配方,再应用挑战实验进一步优化出该防腐剂配方的最佳添加量为0. 3%华科-286M,从而研究出防治皂角提取液腐败变质的防腐剂配方。 First of all, five sets of preservative system were prepared with self-made preservative, and the stable system with no preservative precipitation, no turbidity and no flocculation was screened out. The method of challenge experiment was used to select the optimal preservative formula which could inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi. Then the challenge experiment was used to further optimize the formula of the preservative. The optimal dosage of the preservative was 0.3% Huake -286M for the preservative formula to prevent the spoilage and deterioration of Gleditsia sinensis extract.
