摘要
通过乙基己基甘油与甲基异噻唑啉酮(MIT)复配研究,确定复配新型防腐剂的最优比例关系;通过最小抑菌浓度实验初步了解复合防腐剂的杀、抑菌性能和特点;通过微生物挑战试验检验了复合防腐剂时在某些类型日化品中的抑菌性能并确定了有效使用剂量范围。
Through the study of the compound of ethylhexylglycerin and methyl isothiazolone (MIT), the optimum proportion of the new preservative was determined, and the bactericidal and bacteriostatic properties and characteristics of the compound preservative were preliminarily understood by the experiment of minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the compound preservative. The bacteriostatic performance of the compound preservative in some kinds of daily chemicals was tested by microbial challenge test and the effective dose range was determined.
