摘要
实施规范化、系统化的儿科住院医师培训,是培养优秀临床儿科专业人才的重要措施。我院为美国心脏协会授权的PALS培训基地,国家级儿科骨干师资培训基地,新疆首批儿科住院医师规范化培训基地。我院首次在儿科住院医师规范化培训中引入PDCA循环联合PALS培训,通过二者联合实践,探讨了其在儿科规范化培训管理中的流程、实施方法及效果。通过切实可行的教学计划,使培养目标明确;师资带教意识的提升,保证了培训质量;丰富多样的培养途径,达到教学相长目的。联合实践表明培训质量更加优化,实践效果更加显著。
The implementation of standardized and systematic pediatric resident training is an important measure for training outstanding clinicalpediatric professionals. Our hospital is a PALS training base authorized by the American Heart Association, national pediatrics teacher training base, Xinjiang's first pediatric residency standardization training base. For the frst time, our hospital introduced PDCA cycle combined PALS training in the standardized training of resident pediatricians,through the practice of the two combined teaching concepts, the process, implementation method and effect were discussed in the pediatric standardized training management. The training objectives is more clear through practical teaching plans, teachers' awareness of teaching is enhanced to ensure the quality of training, rich and diverse training methods to achieve the purpose of teaching. The joint practice shows that the training quality is more optimized and the practical effect is more pronounced, and it is worth promoting and applying throughout the country.
