LBL与CBL教学法在牙周病学实验教学中效果比较 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨CBL(Case-based learning)教学法相对于LBL(lecture-based learning)教学法在牙周病学实验教学中学生的反馈以及考核结果的差异性。方法将本校口腔临床医学专业的40名2015级本科班学生作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法,将其分为LBL教学法应用组(20名)与CBL教学法应用组(20名)。通过学生反馈调查问卷以及学期末牙周病学考核成绩对两种教学方法效果进行数据化比较。结果 CBL教学应用组学生反馈调查问卷评价高于LBL教学应用组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),且期末牙周病学考核成绩也优于LBL教学应用组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 CBL教学应用于牙周病学实验教学中能有效提高学生的学习积极性以及期末考核成绩,更利于口腔临床医学生到口腔医生的角色转换。
