文章重点分析:1)近3年相关文章报道的儿童烧伤的原因,即儿童烧伤的最常见的原因是热液烫伤,而且儿童不同年龄段的烧伤原因不同,热液烫伤易发生于1～3岁的幼儿。2)烧伤年龄特点,即烧伤患儿年龄集中在学龄前,尤其是3岁以内的幼儿易发生烧伤。3)儿童烧伤性别特点,即男童多于女童。4)烧伤发生时节的特点,即冬季和夏季是需要家长们格外注意的时节。5)烧伤发生地点的特点,即儿童烧伤大多发生在家中,其家庭类型以农村家庭为多。综上,思考其有效对策:1)加强幼儿烫伤的家庭预防;2)注意培养农村家长的安全意识;3)重视男童烧伤预防的监护;4)重视冬夏季儿童烧伤的预防。以求降低儿童烧伤的发生率。

The main points of this article are as follows： 1） The most common cause of burns in children reported in relevant articles in recent three years is hydrothermal scald, and the causes of burns in children of different ages are different. Hydrothermal scald is easy to occur in children aged 1 to 3. 2） The characteristics of burn age, that is, the age of burned children is concentrated in pre-school age, especially, children under 3 years old are prone to burn. 3） the gender characteristics of child burns, that is, boys are more than girls. 4） the characteristics of the burning season, that is, winter and summer is a season that parents need to pay special attention to. 5） The characteristics of the burns occurring place, that is, most ofthe children＇s burns occur at home, and most of the family types are rural families. To sum up, we should consider its effective countermeasures： 1） strengthen family prevention for scald children. 2） attention should be paid to training parents＇ safety consciousness in rural areas. 3） attention should be paid to the prevention of burn prevention for boys. 4） attention should be paid to the prevention of burns in winter and summer, to reduce the incidence of burns in children.
