西藏眼外伤住院病人致伤原因及特征分析

Causes and characteristics of trauma in hospitalized patients with eye trauma in Tibet

目的了解西藏综合医院眼外伤患者的致伤原因及特征。方法提取拉萨市某三甲医院一年内眼科住院患者310例临床资料数据,并对数据进行整理和分析。结果眼外伤患者占全部眼科住院患者的38.89%(119/310);发生眼外伤的男88例,女31例(比为2.8:1);多发年龄段为15~49岁(占64.7%);职业以学生45例(37.8%)和农民41例(34.5%)为主;最主要的致伤原因是钝挫伤(占48.7%),其次是穿通伤(占21.0%)。结论男性、中青年、学生和农民是眼外伤高危人群,应针对这些人群开展预防眼外伤健康教育。

Objective： Eye injury is a public health concern globally. However, there has been no much researches conducted in this issue since it was first studies in 1980 s in a referral hospital in Tibet Autonomous Region（TAR）. This study investigated the epidemiological characteristics of eye injury among patient admitted in a referral hospital in TAR. Methods： We extracted all cases of hospital-admitted eye injury in TAR first people＇s hospital during the surveyed period. The dataset was surveyed for eye injury coded by the International Classification of Diseases 10 th revision during the period spanning 2016–2017. Results During the period of the survey, the proportion of eye injury among all hospital admission of eye department accounted for 38.4%. It was more common among men and 15~49 age group（64.7%）, students（37.8%） and farmer patients（34.5%）. The main causes of injury were blunt contusion（48.7%）, followed by penetrating injury（21%）, corneal laceration, eye rupture, and scald and conjunctiva laceration. Conclusion： Eye injury more likely happens among middle-aged and young men, students and farmers. Therefore, a sustainable eye injury prevention health education should be enhanced among them.
