培菲康联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻病的临床效果观察

Clinical Efficacy of Bifico combined with Montmorillonite Powder on Infantile Diarrhea

目的观察培菲康联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻病的临床效果。方法选择2015年10月~2016年10月期间于我院治疗的腹泻病患儿50例作为研究对象,依据入院先后顺序将其分为观察组(25例)与对照组(25例)。给予对照组培菲康治疗,观察组则加用蒙脱石散治疗。观察两组临床疗效及症状缓解情况。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组腹泻停止、发热消退及大便好转等时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用培菲康与蒙脱石散联合治疗小儿腹泻临床疗效确切,有助于快速缓解患儿临床症状,提高临床疗效,利于快速康复。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of bifico combined with montmorillonite powder on infantile diarrhea. Methods： In total, 50 infants with diarrhea were admitted and treated in Shangqiu Fourth People＇s Hospital from October 2015 to October 2016. They were randomly divided into control group（n=25） and test group（n=25）. All patients were treated with bifico, while patients in test group were treated with montmorillonite powder additionally. The treatment result was compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of test group was significantly higher than that of control group. The time of diarrhea relieving and fever-relieving in test group were significant shorter than those in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Bifico combined with montmorillonite powder can greatly shorten the pathogenesis of diarrhea of children, with definite clinic efficacy.
