门冬氨酸鸟氨酸联合甘草酸苷治疗急性黄疸型肝炎的疗效

Clinical Efficacy of L-ornithine-L-asparta combined with Glycyrrhizin in Treating Acute Icteric Hepatitis

目的探讨门冬氨酸鸟氨酸联合复方甘草酸苷治疗急性黄疸型肝炎的疗效。方法选取2013年12月~2017年1月在我科确诊急性黄疸型肝炎72例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各36例。对照组给予复方甘草酸苷治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合门冬氨酸鸟氨酸,疗程均为4周。观察两组治疗请况。结果观察组总有效率100%,对照组86.11%,两组对比具有统计学意义(p<0.05);观察组的临床症状改善情况均优于对照组(p<0.05);观察组肝脏功能与对照组相比,观察组肝脏功能各项指标显著降低,具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论门冬氨酸鸟氨酸联合复方甘草酸苷在治疗急性黄疸型肝炎疗效优于单用复方甘草酸苷。

Objective： To investigate of the clinical efficacy of L-ornithine-L-asparta combined with glycyrrhizin in treating acute icteric hepatitis. Methods： Totally, 72 patients with acute icteric hepatitis were admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2013 to January 2017. They were divided into test group and control group with 36 patients in each group. Patients in control group were treated with glycyrrhizin, while patients in test group were treated with L-ornithine-L-asparta combined with glycyrrhizin both for four weeks. The result of treatment was compared between the two groups. Results： The effective rate of test group（100%） was significantly higher than control group（86.11%）. The improvement of symptoms in test group was significant better than that in control group. The liver function of patients in test group were significant better than those in control group（P〈0.05）Conclusions L-ornithine-L-asparta combined with glycyrrhizin superior to glycyrrhizin for treating acute icteric hepatitis.
