摘要
巨噬细胞既在固有免疫系统中有重要的作用,又是结核分枝杆菌寄生的场所。巨噬细胞通过表面受体可以识别结核分枝杆菌,介导其进入并形成吞噬小体与胞内的消化酶作用来杀伤结核杆菌。当机体免疫功能低下,巨噬细胞的功能也会随着发生改变。本文就巨噬细胞介导的抗结核免疫的相关研究进展进行综述。
Macrophages are not only playing an important role in the immune system, but also the parasitic source of mycobacterium tuberculosis. Through surface receptor, macrophages can detect mycobacterium tuberculosis. Mycobacterium tuberculosis were killed by small phagosomes and digestive enzyme. The function of macrophage would have changed when the body's immune system was less. Therefore, research progress of macrophages on antituberculosis was summarized.
