呼吸训练配合醒脑开窍针法治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效观察

Effect Observation of Respiratory Training Combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupuncture in Treatment of Post-Stroke Dysphagia

目的:探讨呼吸训练配合醒脑开窍针法治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的临床效果。方法:选择128例脑卒中后伴吞咽障碍的患者作为研究对象,按数字列表法将其随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组接受常规吞咽训练、舌肌训练及其他康复治疗,试验组在对照组基础上接受呼吸训练配合醒脑开窍针法治疗,治疗8周后比较两组患者的误吸情况、生活质量、吸入性肺炎发生率及临床疗效。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者误吸分级、生活质量均有明显改善(P <0. 05),且试验组改善更显著(P <0. 05);试验组的吸入性肺炎发生率显著低于对照组(P <0. 05);试验组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:呼吸训练联合醒脑开窍针法能明显提高患者临床疗效,改善患者误吸情况,提高生活质量,降低吸入性肺炎发生率。

Objective： To explore the effect of respiratory training combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture in treatment of post-stroke dysphagia. Methods： 128 post-stroke patients with dysphagia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group received conventional swallowing training,tongue muscle training and other rehabilitation training; on which basis,the observation group was also treated with respiratory training combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture. After 8 weeks of treatment,the incidence of aspiration,quality of life,incidence of aspiration pneumonia and clinical efficacy were compared in the two groups. Results： The aspiration grade and life quality of the patients were significantly improved after treatment in the two groups（ P〈0. 05）,in which the observation group improved more（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of aspiration pneumonia was much lower in the observation group than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Respiratory training combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture can significantly increase the clinical efficacy,improve aspiration and life quality,and reduce the incidence of aspiration pneumonia.
