摘要
《灵枢·四时气》载"气口候阴,人迎候阳"中"阴阳"对脏腑,通过探知人迎气口处脉气的盛衰相对关系及是否兼躁象可以判断脏腑虚实并对应十二经脉之所生病,形成以脏腑辨证为主的人迎气口脉诊法,并以人迎气口脉诊法指导针刺的治疗。
Miraculous Pivot necords the＂YIN-YANG＂amounts to viscera in＂Qikou manifests Yin,Renying manifests Yang＂,the deficiency and excess of viscera might be detected through comparing the Qi between Renying and Qikou,which embodies the discomfort of 12 channels. The channel diagnosis of Renying-Qikou centers on syndrome differentiation and assists the treatment of acupuncture.
