针灸治疗产后尿潴留的临床研究概况

Clinical Research Review of Acupuncture Treating Postpartum Urinary Retention

通过分析近10年来针灸治疗产后尿潴留的临床研究文献,总结针灸治疗该病的相关方法(针刺、电针、穴位注射、耳穴压豆、针灸结合、针药结合和针灸联合其他理疗等)和疗效。研究一方面肯定了针灸治疗产后尿潴留的实效性,为临床针灸治疗产后尿潴留提供证据;另一方面也指出了目前研究中存在的问题,并提出了解决的方法,为今后的科学研究提供一定的指导和思路。

The clinical research literatures about acupuncture treating postpartum urinary retention in recent ten years were summed up in terms of relative treatment methods（ acupuncture,electro-acupuncture,acupoint injection,auricular point pressing,acupuncture and moxibustion,combination of acupuncture and medication,and acupuncture combined with other physiotherapies） to analyze the therapeutic effects. On one hand,the effectiveness of acupuncture therapy for postpartum urinary retention was confirmed in this study,which provided the basis for the further clinical practice; on the other hand,it pointed out the current existing problems and proposed the solutions,which provided the guidance and study strategies for the further scientific researches.
