颅咽管瘤进行显微外科手术治疗的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Microsurgical Treatment of Craniopharyngioma

目的:探究和分析显微镜外科手术治疗颅咽管瘤的临床效果。方法:从2015年7月～2017年3月期间某院收治的所有颅咽管瘤患者当中选取其中的80例患者,按照患者的个人意愿分为观察组和对照组,两组各有40例患者,其中观察组患者进行显微外科手术,对照组患者进行常规开放手术,观察和对比两组患者的临床疗效和术后并发症情况。结果:从两组患者的临床总有效率来看,观察组患者的临床总有效率为95%,高于对照组的77.5%临床总有效率,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;从两组患者的术后并发症发生情况来看,观察组患者的并发症总发生率为17.5%,高于比对照组的42.5%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:在显微辅助下行颅咽管瘤的外科手术治疗,有利于提高颅咽管瘤手术治疗的临床效果,可以显著降低和减少患者术后并发症的发生,值得进行临床推广。

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of microsurgical treatment of craniopharyngioma. Methods： Eighty patients selected from all patients with craniopharyngioma admitted in a hospital from July 2015 to March 2017 were divided into observation group and control group according to their individual wishes. Forty patients in each group, including microsurgery in the observation group and routine open surgery in the control group, observed and compared clinical efficacy and postoperative complicationsbetween the two groups. Results： The total clinical effective rate of the two groups was 95% in the observation group, 17.5% higher than 77.5% of the control group（ P 〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant.The incidence of postoperative complications was 17.5% in the observation group and 42.5% in the control group （ P 〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： The surgical treatment of craniopharyngioma with microscopic assistant is helpful to improve the clinical effect of surgical treatment of craniopharyngioma. It can significantly reduce the postoperative complications and is worthy of clinical promotion.
