妊娠期糖尿病与血清维生素D的相关性研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:分析妊娠期糖尿病与血清维生素D的相关性。方法:将2016年1月~2018年5月期间在某院进行检查的60例孕妇作为此次研究对象,参加此次孕妇均实施口服葡萄糖耐量实验,分析妊娠期糖尿病与维生素D水平,然后利用Pearson相关系数对妊娠期糖尿病与血清维生素D之间的相关性进行分析。结果:(1)维生素缺乏孕妇16例,维生素不足孕妇为14例,维生素D充足孕妇为30例;(2)妊娠期糖尿病孕妇维生素D水平比非妊娠期糖尿病孕妇低,数据差异显著(P<0.05);妊娠期糖尿病孕妇空腹血糖水平高于非妊娠期糖尿病孕妇,数据差异显著(P<0.05);(3)将妊娠期糖尿病与血清维生素D水平纳入Pearson中发现,两者呈负相关的关系(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期糖尿病与血清维生素D有着密切的关系,维生素D可作为预防及治疗妊娠期糖尿病的重要方式。 Objective To analyze the relationship between gestational diabetes mellitus and serum vitamin D. Methods: 60 gravidas examed in a hospital from January 2016 to May 2018 were enrolled in the study. The oral glucose tolerance test was performed on the gravidas to analyze the relationship between gestational diabetes mellitus and vitamin D. The correlation between gestational diabetes mellitus and serum vitamin D was analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient. Results: (1) 16 pregnant women with vitamin deficiency, 14 pregnant women with vitamin insufficient and 30 with adequate vitamin D.(2) The vitamin D level of pregnant women with gestational diabetes was lower than that of non-gestational diabetes gravidas ( P 〈0.05). The fasting blood glucose level of pregnant women with gestational diabetes was higher than that of non-gestational diabetes gravidas( P 〈0.05).(3)The combination of gestational diabetes mellitus and serum vitamin D levels in Pearson was found to be negatively correlated ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion: Gestational diabetes has a close relationship with serum vitamin D. Vitamin D can be used as an important way to prevent and treat gestational diabetes.
