摘要
目的:探讨超声二维斑点追踪技术(2D-STI)对恶性淋巴癌患者蒽环类药物(ANTH)治疗后心脏改变的监测效果。方法:选取某院于2015年4月~2018年4月收治的38例非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)患者,行CHOP方案化疗。结果:在化疗至第2、4、6疗程时,GLS相比化疗前有显著降低(P<0.05);GCS、GRS在第6疗程时,出现显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:通过运用2D-STI技术,能够早期发现NHL者ANTH化疗后的心脏功能改变,可用作对患者ANTH化疗后亚临床期心脏功能减退情况的监测。LVtw与GLS的减低负相关于ANTH累积剂量。
Objective To investigate the effect of two-dimensional ultrasound speckle tracking (2D-STI) in monitoring cardiac changes in patients with malignant lymphoma after anthracycline (ANTH) treatment. Methods: 38 patients with Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) admitted in a hospital from April 2015 to April 2018 were treated with CHOP regimen. Results: GLS was significantly lower at the second, fourth and sixth courses of chemotherapy than before ( P 〈0.05). GCS and GRS decreased significantly in the 6th course of treatment ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion: Two-dimensional STI technique can be used to detect early changes of cardiac function in NHL patients after ANTH chemotherapy, and can be used to monitor the subclinical cardiac dysfunction after ANTH chemotherapy. The negative correlation between LVtw and GLS is related to the cumulative dose of ANTH.
