放化疗联合复方苦参注射液治疗宫颈癌患者对其细胞免疫功能的影响分析

Effect of Chemoradiotherapy Combined with Compound Buriam Injection on the Cellular Immunological Function of Cervical Cancer Patients

目的:探讨放化疗联合复方苦参注射液治疗宫颈癌患者对其细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:随机抽取2015年7月～2017年1月某院收治的晚期宫颈癌患者,共64例。按照治疗方法的不同,将其分为研究组(放化疗+复方苦参注射液,n=32)与对照组(放化疗,n=32),对比两组治疗效果及细胞免疫功能变化。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后,研究组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、NK细胞均高于对照组,CD8+低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈癌患者放化疗基础上加用复方苦参注射液的效果更为理想,能改善细胞免疫功能,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of chemoradiotherapy combined with compound buriam injection on the cellular immunological function of cervical cancer patients. Methods： A total of 64 patients with advanced cervical cancer admitted in a hospital from July 2015 to January 2017 were randomly selected. According to the different treatment methods, it was divided into the study group （chemotherapeutic ＋ compound bittern injection, n =32） and the control group （chemotherapeutic, n =32）. Compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups and the changes of cellular immune function. Results： The total efficiency of the study group was higher than that in the control group （ P 〈0.05）. After treatment, the group CD3 ＋ , CD4 ＋ , CD4 ＋ /CD8 ＋ , NK cells were all higher than the control group, and CD8 ＋ was lower than the control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： It is more ideal for patients with cervical cancer to use compound buriam injection on the basis of chemotherapeutic treatment. It can improve the cellular immunity function and is worth promoting the application.
