耳鼻喉内镜检查护理中人文关怀的重要性

Importance of Humanistic Care in Otolaryngology and Endoscopy Nursing

目的:分析在耳鼻喉内镜检查护理中运用人文关怀的重要性及效果。方法:借助数字随机选择的方法,从某院耳鼻喉科2016年5月～2017年5月接收并行内镜检查的患者中,抽取120例作为研究对象,并根据不同的临床护理模式将其平均分作A组与B组,每组各60例。A组在整个检查过程中实施基础护理,B组在基础护理的同时积极融入人文关怀,对比两组的临床应用效果。结果:A组SAS评分、SDS评分依次是(57.3±4.9)分、(56.3±4.1)分,高于B组的(41.1±2.3)分、(42.1±1.9)分,对比具备统计学意义,P<0.05;A组护理满意率是83.33%,显著低于B组的98.33%,比较有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论:对耳鼻喉内镜检查患者基础护理的同时配合人文关怀,效果显著,应用价值较高。

Objective To analyze the importance and effect of using humanistic care in ENT. Methods： A total of 120 patients were enrolled from the Department of Otorhinolaryngology from May 2016 to May 2017 and divided into group A and group B according to the average score of different clinical nursing models, with 60 patients in each group. Group A was treated with basic care in the entire process of the implementation, B group was actively integrates humanistic care on the basis of basic care, compared the clinical effect of the two groups. Results： The score of SAS,SDS in group A was （57.3±4.9） points, （56.3±4.1） points,respectively, which were higher than that of group B （41.1±2.3）, （42.1±1.9）,the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）;The satisfaction rate of nursing care in group A was 83.33%, which was significantly lower than that of group B （98.33%）, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of basic nursing on ENT patients consisted with humanistic care is remarkable and the application value is high.
