输尿管软镜钬激光治疗肾结石临床护理路径的应用及效果观察

Application Effect of Ureteroscopic Holmium Laser in Clinical Nursing Pathways of Renal Calculus

目的:观察输尿管软镜联合钬激光治疗肾结石的临床护理路径以及应用效果。方法:选取2016年1月～2017年4月某院收治的肾结石患者79例,将其随机分为两组,对照组39例接受常规的肾结石围手术期护理,实验组40例接受临床护理路径,比较两组患者的手术情况、并发症发生情况和护理满意度。结果:实验组患者的住院时间和手术时间短于对照组,并发症率低于对照组,而护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:联合输尿管软镜和钬激光治疗肾结石,并对手术患者实施临床护理路径,可以减少并发症的发生,促进患者的快速康复,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical nursing pathways and application effect of ureteroscopic combined with holmium laser in the treatment of kidney stones. Methods： A total of 79 patients with renal calculi admitted in a hospital from January 2017 to April 2017 were randomly divided into two groups： control group （ n =39） treated with routine perioperative care for kidney stones and routine renal resection （40 cases）treated with clinical nursing pathways. The operation status, complication and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results： The hospitalization time and operation time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group, the complication rate was lower than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group, the advantage was significant（ P 〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Combined ureteroscopic and holmium laser in the treatment for kidney stones, and implying clinical nursing pathways in patients can reduce the incidence of complications, promote the rapid recovery of patients, and it is worth promoting.
