肠梗阻手术中护理干预的临床应用效果研究

Clinical Effect of Intraoperative Nursing Intervention for Intestinal Obstruction

目的:探讨分析肠梗阻手术中护理干预的临床应用效果。方法:收集120例肠梗阻患者,通过抓阄的方式,分为观察组(n=60)与对照组(n=60)。对照组行常规护理,观察组行围术期优质护理干预,对比护理效果。结果:观察组并发症发生率为3.3%(2/60),对照组为11.6%(7/60),差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.7%(58/60),对照组护理满意度为85%(51/60),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肠梗阻手术给予优质护理干预,可减少并发症,增加护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intraoperative nursing intervention for intestinal obstruction. Methods： 120 cases of patients with intestinal obstruction were collected and randomly divided into the observation group （ n =60） and control group （ n =60）. The control group was treated with routine nursing care, the observation group was treated withperioperative nursing intervention, compared the effects of nursing. Results： In the observation group, the complication rate was 3.3% （2/60）, the control group with 11.6% （7/60）, the difference has statistical significance （ P 〈0.05）.Inthe observation group, nursing satisfaction was 96.7% （58/60）, in the control group, nursing satisfaction was 85% （51/60）, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： High quality nursing intervention in intestinal obstruction surgery can reduce complications and increase nursing satisfaction.
