心理护理在急性闭角型青光眼护理中应用效果

Effect of Psychological Nursing on Acute Angle-closure Glaucoma Nursing

目的:探讨心理护理在急性闭角型青光临床护理中的应用效果。方法:将2015年6月～2017年5月间某院收治的120例患有急性闭角型青光眼病人作为研究对象,随机将所有患者分为观察组和对照组,每组患者60例。对照组患者采取的护理方法是常规方法,观察组患者在对照组的基础上进行心理护理,然后将两组患者的护理效果进行对比。结果:采取不同的方式进行护理之后,两组患者的焦虑评分(简称SAS评分)均明显下降,和对照组相比较,观察组患者的SAS评分明显降低,数据差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:患急性闭角型青光眼的患者一般心理会比较焦虑,而对患者实施心理护理能够很好的改善这种情况,具有较大的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing in the clinical nursing of acute angle-closure glaucoma. Methods： A total of 120 patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma were enrolled in a hospital from June 2015 to May 2017.They were randomly divided into two groups：observation group and control group.Each group had 60 cases.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing methods.The patients in the observation group were treated with psychological care on the basis of the control group,and then the nursing effect of the two groups was observed. Results： After caring in different ways,anxiety scores（referred to as SAS score）of the two groups were significantly decreased.Compared with the control group,the SAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma are generally psychologically more anxious.And the implementation of psychological care for patients can be a good way to improve this situation,with a large clinical value.
