急性心肌梗死后心律失常护理中循证护理的应用分析

Analysis of Evidence-based Nursing on Patients with Arrhythmia Nursing after Acute Myocardial infarction

目的:探讨分析急性心肌梗死后心律失常护理中循证护理的应用价值。方法:选取某院2016年7月～2017年7月收治的72例心肌梗死后心律失常患者作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予循证护理,对比分析两组患者临床护理效果。结果:观察组心率失常发生率低于对照组,观察组患者躯体健康、心理健康和社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者给予循证护理,降低了心率失常发生率,改善了患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the application value of evidence-based nursing on patients with arrhythmia nursing after acute myocardial. Methods： 72 patients with arrhythmia after myocardial infarction treated in a hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing. The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results： The incidence of arrhythmia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the scores of physical health, mental health and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Evidence-based nursing on patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction can reduce the incidence of arrhythmia and improve the quality of life of patients.
