优质护理干预在急诊胃出血患者护理中的效果评价

Effect of Quality Nursing Intervention in Nursing of Patients with Acute Gastric Hemorrhage

目的:对优质护理干预应用到急诊胃出血患者护理中的临床效果进行探究。方法:从某院急诊科在2016年1月～2017年1月期间收治的急诊胃出血患者中抽取86例,使用随机数字表方式分为对照组与研究组,每组43例。对照组使用常规护理干预,研究组使用优质护理干预,对比两组患者临床效果与护理满意率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率、护理满意率明显比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:在急诊胃出血患者护理中应用优质护理干预,能够提升治疗效果与患者对护理的满意度,可以在临床上广泛使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of quality nursing intervention in nursing of patients with acute gastric hemorrhage. Methods： 86 cases of patients with acute gastric hemorrhage received from the emergency department in a hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into control group and study group,with 43 patients in each group. The control group used routine care intervention and the study group used quality intervention care. The clinical outcomes and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate and nursing satisfaction rate in study group were significantly higher than that in the control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application of high quality nursing intervention in the care of patients with acute gastric bleeding can improve the treatment effectiveness and the patient＇s satisfaction with care, which can be widely used in clinic.
