Nursing Analysis of Intravenous Infusion Extravasation

目的:观察探讨对静脉输液外渗进行护理的措施和效果。方法:分组观察2016年12月～2017年12月治疗的80例静脉输血外渗患者,采用随机的方法分成观察组和对照组各40例,观察组实施综合护理,常规组实施常规护理,对比分析两组患者临床护理满意度。结果:对照组实施常规护理的患者满意度明显低于观察组,两组数据对比差异明显,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:对静脉输液外渗患者实施综合护理,效果确切,患者满意度高,值得临床上推广应用。

Objective To observe and explore the nursing measures and effects of intravenous infusion extravasation. Methods： 80 patients with venous transfusion exosmosis treated from December 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups： observation group and control group, 40 cases in observation group and 40 cases in control group. The observation group was given comprehensive nursing and routine nursing was performed in the control group. The clinical nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results： The patients＇ satisfaction with routine nursing in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of comprehensive nursing on the patients with venous infusion exosmosis is accurate, patients＇ satisfaction is high, which is worthy of clinical application.
