场所引发的城市商业综合体设计初探——以南京市楚翘城为例

Preliminary Study on the Design of Urban Commercial Complex Based on Location——A Case Study of Elite City in Nanjing

随着城市去中心化的发展,城市商业综合体也不仅仅存在于城市核心区,不同场所下的商业综合体的设计问题成为讨论的焦点。文章从策划定位、体块生成、功能分区、造型材质、景观设计等五个方面阐述南京楚翘城建筑设计的主要构思与特点,为特定场所环境下的城市商业综合体设计提供新的理念与方法。

With the development of urban decentralization, urban commercial eomplexes not only exist in the core area of the city, so the design of commercial complexes under different places has become the focus of discussion. This paper expounds the main conception and characteristics of Nanjing Elite City architecture design on five aspects： planning positioning, shape generation, functional partition, styling material, landscape design, providing new ideas and methods for the design of urban commercial complexes in a specific site environment.
