摘要
结合无锡地铁3号线05标段德国海瑞克S-641盾构机及其后配套在无锡火车站内完成暗调头的施工实例,从施工环境、施工方案、工艺流程、材料设备、施工质量控制等诸方面介绍了盾体及后配套在封闭车站内完成暗调头施工技术。总结归纳了国内常用的盾构工作井内调头及后配套调头再始发的施工方法,介绍了在封闭空间内创新型应用"万向轮重型搬运坦克车"完成盾构机后配套平移及调头施工的实例。工程实践证明该方法可明显缩短工期,减少工程费用。
The construction example of the adjusting head is completed in Wuxi railway station with the herrenknecht shield machine (s-641).From the aspects of construction environment, construction plan, process flow, material equipment and construction quality control, the shield tunneling machine is introduced in the closed station.Summarized the domestic common work of shield construction method of well head, this paper introduces the innovative application in enclosed space "universal wheel heavy transport tanks" complete translation and back after the construction of shield machine instance. The engineering practice proves that this method can shorten the construction period and reduce the project cost.
