摘要
管桁架是指用圆杆件在端部相互连接而组成的格子式空间结构;管桁架的杆件受力均匀,大部分只受轴向拉力或压力,能最大限度发挥材料特性,促成管桁架用料省、自重轻、钢管壁厚薄,空间结构抗压和抗扭性能好;管桁结构尤其是空间管桁结构的独特优势,符合大跨度空间结构的发展需要,这种结构体系营造了力学和美学的完美结合,能将人们对建筑物的功能要求、感观要求以及经济效益要求完美地结合在一起。在造型新颖、外形各具特色的大型场馆、会展中心等中愈来愈受到青睐;管桁架存在制造、安装、翻身、起吊工序繁多,运输难度大,现场吊装量大,作业(拼装)多;桁架结构中各杆件与杆件之间是以相贯线型式相交,杆件端头断面形状比较复杂,焊接大部分靠手工工程质量控制难度大;因此,加强现场控制积累施工经验尤为重要。
The pipe truss is a lattice space structure composed of circular rods connected to each other at the end. The pipe truss members are subjected to uniform force, most of which are only subjected to axial tension or pressure, and can maximize the material properties. It is becoming more and more popular in the large stadiums and exhibition centers with distinctive features, such as large stadiums and exhibition centers,and so on. The pipe truss has a wide range of manufacturing, installation, turning, and lifting, with great difficulty in transportation, large amount of hoisting in the field, and more work(assembling). The shape of the head section is rather complex, and the quality of welding is mostly difficult by manual engineering. Therefore,strengthening site control and accumulating construction experience is particularly important.
