浅谈八里湖洪水调度分析

摘要 八里湖水面资源丰富,库容较大.现状的八里湖洪水调度方案因湖区边界条件的变化存在与现有排涝工程设计运行工况不相适应、难以操作等问题.本文根据现有的排涝闸(站)的设计运行工况,通过对历年降雨资料、外江水位、现状湖区调蓄能力及闸排、电排能力进行综合分析计算,并采用多工程联合调度,合理地确定了八里湖的现状汛期控制水位及起排水位等特征水位参数,有效的解决了调度方案与工程运行工况不适应和难以操作等问题,在确保八里湖防洪安全的同时,又能兼顾到城区景观用水. The water resources of Bali Lake are abundant and the storage capacity is large.The current flood dispatching scheme of Bali Lake has some problems,such as incompatibility with the design and operation conditions of existing drainage engineering,difficult to operate and so on.According to the existing design and operation conditions of the existing waterlogging sluice(station),through the comprehensive analysis and calculation of the annual rainfall data,the water level of the river,the current status of the lake area and the capacity of the sluice and electric discharge,and the multi project joint dispatching,the characteristic water of the control water level and the discharge level of the eight Li Lake in the flood season is reasonably determined.In order to ensure the safety of the eight Li Lake,it can also give consideration to the urban landscape water.
