小型污水处理站故障诊断专家系统设计与实现

Operation Fault Diagnosis Expert System for Small-scale Sewage Treatment Plant

针对我国村镇地区污水处理设施数量众多且分散、运行管理技术力量薄弱以及小规模污水处理设施开关量多、模拟量少的特点,以某改良型脱氮除磷工艺的小型污水处理系统为对象,通过故障树法进行知识库构建,建立基于规则的专家系统。基于Struts2 web应用框架、SQL Server2008数据库、MyEclipse8.5开发环境和Tomcat 8.5运行环境,采用Java等多种计算机语言,开发了具有正向查询、快速搜索、关键词搜索、问题上传和问题回答等功能的"小型污水处理站运行故障诊断专家系统",系统使用方便、求解问题效率高且具有安全性强、可扩展性好等特点。

Sewage treatment facilities in Chinese villages and towns are numerous and scattered, but with weak technical force of operation management. According to the characteristics of small scale sewage treatment facilities with more switches signals and less analog signals, a rule- based expert system was established by constructing a knowledge base based on fault tree method for small sewage treatment systems. Based on struts 2 web application framework, SQL Server 2008 database, MyEclipse 8.5 development environment, Tomcat 8.5 operation environment, JAVA and other development languages, a ＂fault diagnosis expert system＂ has been developed, which has the functions of forward query, quick search, key words search, question upload and question answer. Application shows that the system is convenient to use, efficient to answer questions, and has high security and good expansibility.
