目的:推进医联体的建设,充分发挥医联体各项优质资源,全面提升基层医疗服务能力,使医联体工作真正地"落地生根"。方法:以"互联网+"远程技术为技术手段,以医联体为组织模式,建立"互联网+"远程医疗中心。结果:充分弥补基层医疗卫生机构优势医疗资源的不足,充分实现"以病人为中心",提升医护患三方面的满意度,以合理的方式及成本,使我院的优质诊疗服务触角延伸到县乡村一级的卫生院。结论:"互联网+医联体"是推进城乡医疗卫生服务均等化的最佳途径.也是深化医改对人口健康信息化建设的必要手段。
