摘要
为探明LED光源对甘蓝蚜繁殖的影响,在实验室条件下观察了暗期使用红、蓝、绿和白色4种LED光源对甘蓝蚜繁殖的影响,以暗期不使用光照作为对照组,结果表明:(1)蓝光下若蚜逃逸率显著高于对照组,绿光和白光下则显著低于对照组;(2)绿光下成蚜一生产仔蚜数显著高于对照组;(3)净增值率R0、内禀增长率rm和周限增长率λ均大于对照组。这些研究结果初步揭示了暗期使用4种LED光源可能有利于甘蓝蚜繁殖。
To investigate the effects of LED sources on the fecundity of Brevicoryne brassicae, the fecundity ofB. brassicae in four different LED sources (red, blue, green and white light) was observed under the laboratory conditions. No light was applied in the dark period in the control group. The results showed that: (1) escape rate of blue LED group was significantly higher than that of the control group, while the rates of green and white LED group were significantly lower than those of the control group. (2) off-springs per adult in green LED group was higher than those in the control group. (3) net rate of increase (R0), intrinsic rate of increase(rm) and finite rate of increase (Z) in four different LED sources group were higher than those in the control group. These results indicated that the fecundity of B. brassicae could increase when red, blue, green and white LED sources were applied in the dark period.
